Association of Indian Football Coaches partners with Sporjo

Association of Indian Football Coaches (AIFC) today officially signed an official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SPORJO.

AIFC and SPORJO are committed to cooperate to build careers in football in a professional manner.

Both AIFC & SPORJO recognize and understand the influential role and powerful
position that coaches play in the lives and livelihoods of footballers and every child who plays the game.
Following are the points from the MoU Agreement signed between AIFC & SPORJO:
• Endeavour to further the education of coaches & PE Teachers by conducting CPD’s, courses/webinars/workshops.
• Endeavour to further the growth and development of the coaches by assessing and assisting them in understanding their strengths and weaknesses, running mentorship initiatives to improve their employability and making the coaches/PE teachers job ready.
• Encourage the involvement of more female coaches.
• Increase access to football for all participants while aspiring to make each of those experiences positive.

AIFC Director- Dinesh Nair said,

“AIFC is glad to have joined hands with Sporjo. We look forward to various activities for the development of coaches all the way from grassroots up to the elite level”. We are sure that this partnership will be truly beneficial to upskill the coaches and PE teachers across India”.

SPORJO CEO- G. Srinivvasan said,
